Brent Frank, PE

Brent has over 29 years of experience with the Oklahoma DOT from managing project construction to planning and development of projects. He has experience with a variety of grading, roadway, bridge, and retaining wall construction as well as bridge painting projects, including both simple and complex engineering related projects for roadway and bridge construction.
