Oswald serves as Director of Survey at WSB, where he leads survey operations and business development across Colorado and Texas. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and topographic surveys, as well as construction staking for transportation, energy, and federal projects. His background in project management, field operations, and team mentorship strengthens WSB’s capacity to deliver precise, high-quality results. Based in Denver, Colorado, Oswald is focused on expanding WSB’s survey services and supporting client success.
