Harwood has guided numerous projects through environmental assessments and categorical exclusions and has extensive experience with federal and state permitting processes. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she is recognized for her strong collaboration with regulatory agencies and her commitment to advancing environmentally responsible infrastructure solutions.
