Overpass and highway

New Bridge on US-169 to I-244

Significant improvements have been made to the bridge, that is the ramp to Westbound I-244. The bridge that was originally built in 1966 with the rest of the interstate, posed safety concerns and was functionally obsolete. The ramp has been in bad shape with visible patches along the bridge and had a constant maintenance problem.

Shakopee Pedestrian Bridge

WSB provided design for the new pedestrian bridge for the City of Shakopee. The bridge was constructed over Highway 169 and eliminates a significant gap in the local and regional trail system network and connects residential, educational and commercial areas south of US 169 with employment and recreational destinations north of US 169.
