Rochester Golf & Country Club Course Renovation

The Rochester Golf and Country Club wanted to restore its golf course to the original design of a century ago. Prior to the restoration the Club relied on deep groundwater for irrigation. The Club’s reliance on groundwater posed a significant operational risk in that during a severe drought the State of Minnesota quickly prohibits groundwater irrigation of golf courses.

MN Highway 13 Redevelopment

Our Land Development team was employed to develop concepts for the redevelopment potential of an underutilized brownfield along Highway 13. The location faced a variety of challenges including lack of access, no stormwater infrastructure, parcels were undersized for current market, and proximity to sensitive and unique water resources; all of which needed to be considered as we created development options for the area.
