Happy WSB Day!
As we celebrate another WSB anniversary, I’ve been reflecting on what has made our success possible over the last 31 years.
While today is an opportunity to recognize our growth and our people, it’s also an opportunity to thank the clients, partners, and communities who have placed their trust in us.
Henry Ford once said that employers don’t really pay wages; the customers do. The company simply handles the money in between. I’ve always appreciated that perspective because it reminds us that everything we accomplish begins with the confidence our clients place in us.
Every project we’ve worked on, every milestone we’ve achieved, and every opportunity we’ve created for our staff has been made possible because clients and partners chose to work with WSB.
We’re incredibly grateful for that trust.
We’re also grateful for our people. There are a lot of engineering and consulting firms in this country. What has always defined WSB is not a service line, a technology platform, or a business strategy. It’s the people who show up every day committed to serving clients, supporting one another, and finding ways to get a little bit better.
That philosophy has guided us from the beginning. We believe in growth and business excellence, but growth isn’t simply about getting bigger. It’s about becoming better. Better partners. Better problem-solvers. Better stewards of the communities we serve.
As we look ahead, we’re excited about the future, but we’re equally grateful for the relationships that have brought us to this point. To our clients, partners, staff, and families: thank you for being part of the WSB story.
We don’t get to do this without you. And we wouldn’t want to.
