Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority – Terminal II Siting Study

WSB supported the site selection study for a new terminal at Nashville International Airport. Part of the BNA New Horizon airport expansion program, Terminal II will more than double the airport’s current gate capacity while improving vehicle and aircraft traffic flow.

As part of the study, WSB helped evaluate six potential sites to inform BNA’s selection process. Our team assessed existing water and sewer utilities, developed and compared utility relocation cost estimates and provided preliminary utility designs for each site.

For the selected site, WSB provided key input on the relocation of the Tennessee Air National Guard and several private Fixed Base Operators (FBOs). We also supported the development of phasing options, including water and sewer relocations, to help advance the new terminal.
