Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority – Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC)

WSB is providing survey and utility design services for a new consolidated rental car (CONRAC) facility at Nashville International Airport that will accommodate approximately 4,800 vehicles. Part of the BNA New Horizon II airport expansion program, the facility will increase rental car capacity while improving agency efficiency and the passenger experience. The facility will include a new ticketing office, office space for rental agencies and rental car staging and preparation areas.

Located on the site of an existing parking garage east of the main terminal, the CONRAC requires the demolition and relocation of existing utilities. WSB’s design scope includes potable water, external fire protection and sanitary sewer service. The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project is configured in three phases.
