WSB Announces Strategic Leadership Promotions to Support Growth Across Key Markets

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — WSB, a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental and construction services, announced the promotions of Pete Regan to vice president, strategy; Chris Nolen to vice president, construction; and Ben Fletcher to director, municipal services. 

These promotions reflect WSB’s continued investment in leadership and growth across key markets and service areas. 

In his new position, Regan will help guide business growth initiatives across WSB with a focus on government relations, tribal partnerships and energy nationally. His extensive relationships with tribal nations, government agencies and industry organizations help position WSB to identify new opportunities and strengthen its presence across the country.

“Pete is a recognized leader in the industry whose contributions have helped strengthen WSB’s presence and influence,” said Rick Johnson, vice president, operations. “This promotion recognizes the leadership he has already been providing and positions him to expand that impact across the organization.” 

Nolen has been promoted to vice president, construction. He will now oversee WSB’s construction engineering and inspection services throughout Florida, expanding his leadership from Central Florida to a statewide operation. Nolen will focus on creating greater consistency across teams, supporting staff development and advancing innovative technologies that improve project delivery. 

“Chris has built an outstanding reputation with both clients and staff through his commitment to quality, consistency and service,” said Rod Myrick, vice president, strategy & construction.” His deep experience in construction engineering and inspection, combined with his ability to develop strong teams, positions him to lead our continued growth across Florida.”

Fletcher has been promoted to director, municipal services, where he will continue leading WSB’s Oklahoma municipal team while helping strengthen collaboration across offices, disciplines and regions. Since joining WSB, he has played a key role in growing the municipal practice, mentoring staff and building strong client relationships. 

“Ben has become a trusted leader within our organization and an important part of our growth strategy in Oklahoma,” said Jay Kennedy, vice president, municipal. “He has a unique ability to bring people together, build strong client relationships and create opportunities for collaboration across WSB.” 

These promotions strengthen WSB’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its services, grow its geographic reach and deliver innovative solutions for clients nationwide.
