Shannon Gwost brings 19 years of experience overseeing construction projects for state, county, municipal, and USDA Rural Development clients, including projects with multiple funding sources. His experience spans street reconstructions, roundabouts, bridge and culvert replacements, paving, utilities, and grading. Shannon’s background includes contract administration, construction inspection, materials testing, construction staking, Civil 3D design, and bridge and safety inspection. With deep field experience and a strong understanding of the construction process, he serves as a reliable on‑site leader, coordinating closely with contractors, project teams, and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.
