What is your first memory of WSB?  

I came to WSB in early 2021. My first memory of that day (besides the extensive onboarding and training) was how kind and welcoming everyone was. I felt right at home and still cherish my coworkers.

What stands out to you about WSB’s culture and values?  

The transparency of the senior leadership team combined with our core values of “Bold, Visionary, Passionate, Optimistic, and Authentic” fosters an innovative and exciting workplace.

Who is someone you’ve worked with at WSB that has really inspired or influenced you?  

Steve Lindsey in Round Rock! He is an excellent Project Manager with exceptional technical skills. He leads by example and brings out the best in all of his staff.

If you could say one thing to all of our clients as we celebrate this milestone, what would it be?

I am proud to be part of a company that has positively impacted so many lives and done such good things over the past 30 years.

What keeps you excited about working here?

Every day is a new adventure with my coworkers and professionally fulfilling.
