Saenz serves as Director of Right of Way at WSB, where she oversees right-of- way operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas while expanding services into surrounding states. With extensive experience in project management and property acquisition, she specializes in residential and commercial relocation, condemnation support, and the coordination of easements for utilities, drainage, and water systems. Bilingual in Spanish, Saenz is recognized for her ability to build trust with communities and stakeholders while ensuring compliance and efficiency in every phase of right-of-way delivery. Based in Dallas, Texas, she is dedicated to growing WSB’s regional presence and advancing client success.
