With nearly three decades of engineering and leadership experience, Claborn brings expertise in flood mitigation, stormwater quality, stream restoration, and the application of emerging technologies. Formerly the CEO of Meshek & Associates, LLC, he has a proven track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing complex environmental and water resource projects. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Claborn is committed to advancing sustainable solutions that strengthen communities and support resilient infrastructure.
