Souri serves as Director of Geotechnical Services at WSB, where he leads geotechnical investigations, materials testing, and analysis for public and private sector projects across North Texas. With nearly a decade of experience, Souri brings expertise in foundation design, slope stability, subgrade treatment, and pavement evaluation. He has managed projects in the residential, commercial, municipal, education, and transportation sectors, providing technical leadership and client-focused solutions. Based in Dallas, Texas, Souri is dedicated to advancing quality, safety, and innovation in WSB’s geotechnical operations.
