Frank serves as Director of Contract Administration at WSB, where he provides leadership in construction management and project delivery for transportation infrastructure across Oklahoma. With nearly three decades of experience at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, his expertise includes grading, roadway, bridge, and retaining wall construction, as well as bridge painting and rehabilitation. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Frank is committed to ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every phase of project execution.
