Osborn serves as Director of Geotechnical Services at WSB, where he leads geotechnical operations and supports the firm’s construction and field services teams. With nearly three decades of experience, Osborn provides technical leadership in foundation design, soil analysis, and pavement evaluation for both public and private sector clients. He oversees project management, field operations, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all phases of project delivery. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Osborn is a registered professional engineer and monitoring well contractor with the Minnesota Department of Health, advancing WSB’s commitment to technical excellence and client service.
