Jack is a transportation planner with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors on complex, and oftentimes controversial, projects involving local, regional, state and federal agencies as well as numerous stakeholder and public interest groups. Her experience on a wide variety of transportation projects has enabled Jack to gain a big-picture understanding of delivering projects and a clear grasp of the details that can derail projects.
