Jason Daugherty

Daugherty serves as Director of Safety at WSB, where he oversees safety management, compliance, and training programs across all service areas. With more than two decades of experience, he has worked in construction, pipeline, transportation, aviation, and environmental safety, providing leadership in risk mitigation and workplace health. Before joining WSB, Daugherty served as an Emergency Response Officer and Safety Specialist for the State of New Mexico, managing Occupational Safety and Health investigations and response efforts. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he is a Certified Safety and Health Official with a certification in safety management.
