Caleb Austin

Austin serves as Vice President of Transportation at WSB, where he oversees design, structures, drainage and hydraulics, traffic operations, planning, right of way, and public engagement for the Oklahoma division. With more than two decades of experience, including over 20 years with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, he brings a deep understanding of roadway engineering, design standards, and project delivery. Austin has managed the design of hundreds of transportation projects, including interstates, highways, urban interchanges, and multimodal facilities. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he is dedicated to advancing efficient, safe, and innovative transportation solutions across the region.
