Story 10 out of 30
What is your first memory of WSB?
Receiving a gift box as a warm welcome to the WSB company, it was personalized specifically to me. This made me feel great right off the bat and to feel valued as part of a team was remarkable.
What’s the most exciting change you’ve seen at WSB?
The knowledge and quality in the chain of command when it comes to needing support, time off, and simply understanding that we all work hard. Also, the appreciation they show.
What project(s) are you most proud to have worked on?
I personally take pride in the quality assurance as an inspector for a project involving a 4” IP steel main to provide gas distribution to Brighton Fire Department in Colorado for a new fire training facility. It was a great feeling to be a part of this for our local firefighters and first responder emergency service crews that assist in saving lives, protecting property and putting their lives on the line for the public.
What stands out to you about WSB’s culture and values?
The values and cultural influences are not just a statement. Instead, they both are put into action by people who strive to turn a challenge into success.
Who is someone you’ve worked with at WSB that has really inspired or influenced you?
I really appreciate Kyle Wewetzer for sharing his knowledge, clarifying situations, supporting our growth, and ensuring fairness and respect within the team.
What do you think WSB does really well that more people should know about?
I feel that WSB treats their staff well. They communicate effectively and it’s a great place to work. There’s a feeling that help is always just a phone call away.
If you could say one thing to all our clients as we celebrate this milestone, what would it be?
Thank you and keep up the good work!
What keeps you excited about working here?
I value contributing to serious, challenging projects and enjoy fostering team and community relationships for growth.
What does being a part of a company celebrating 30 years mean to you?
That we take pride in what we do and continue to grow for the right reasons.
