What is your first memory of WSB?
I first saw WSB headquarters at my interview and I instantly fell in love with the company culture. Everyone was happy to take a moment away from their work to shake my hand and introduce themselves to me.
What is the most exciting change you’ve seen at WSB?
WSB has seen an amount of growth over the past year that I have never seen anywhere else I have worked. It is inspiring to say the least.
What stands out to you about WSB’s culture and values?
It is refreshing to interact and collaborate with colleagues who are so authentic and genuine. There is a mutual understanding of doing what is best at each opportunity to make a difference.
What do you think WSB does really well that more people should know about?
WSB continues to update benefits to match staff’s current needs. Working with WSB, I have felt seen as a person and not an employee number.
Even if you’re new to WSB, can you share about a moment that made you feel like “I belong here”?
I realized I belonged with WSB the first time I was asked if I wanted to join some brand new colleagues for lunch. I didn’t even know them yet, but they extended a hand to help me feel welcomed and included.
