WSB welcomes Ben Maurer, Vice President of Marketing and Communications

WSB is pleased to welcome Ben Maurer, Vice President of Marketing and Communications to our leadership team.

“Ben brings a wealth of knowledge in branding, key message and story development, corporate communications and strategic marketing planning in several industries,” said Bret Weiss, President and CEO of WSB. “His experience and background will assist us in developing a strategic approach to our marketing and communications activities, while allowing us the opportunity to better tell WSB’s story throughout our markets and geographies.”

Maurer most recently acted as Vice President of Marketing and New Business at Clear Night, a platform of brand, marketing and technology service companies in the Twin Cities. In this role, Maurer worked to market and develop new prospects and grow business for the brands under the Clear Night platform.  In addition, Maurer’s tenure in the industry includes experience leading the orthopedic marketing division at HealthPartners, focusing strongly on the TRIA Orthopedic Center rebrand, advertising agency experience and an extended history working in sports marketing on a local and national level.
