David Enblom Brings Area Expertise to WSB's Baxter Office

May 18, 2017

When asked to choose his favorite project over his career, David said he didn’t have a favorite. Instead, his mind was filled with memories of relationships established through project and program delivery. “These relationships provided the means to be successful with projects, department initiatives, and various programs. Of course, having good county administration and staff, as well as bringing on good consultants when needed, enhanced the effectiveness of the success.”
David will now draw on his extensive background as he serves as Project Manager in WSB’s Baxter office. He is known for his project management skills, innovative approach to delivering complex projects (including project funding), and ability to coordinate with a wide range of agencies and stakeholders. David will also continue to focus on fostering relationships with the Leech Lake Band of the Ojibwa and the National Forest Program.
Ron Bray, Principal, is elated that David chose to continue his career with WSB. “David’s retirement provided an opportunity to bring his invaluable 30+ years of experience and talents to strengthen WSB’s work in the county market. Over the years, WSB played an important role partnering with David on some very challenging projects and I look forward to continued success on a different level.”

Please join us in welcoming David to the team!
