Victor Gardens Erosion Control Monitoring, Hugo

WSB monitored the Victor Gardens development in Hugo, MN, a mixed ownership development. The Victor Gardens site consists of several DNR protected wetlands, Clearwater Creek, and was mostly agriculture land in the recent past. WSB performed weekly erosion and sediment control monitoring and reported the finings to all interested parties and the City of Hugo. The Victor Gardens project included utility jacking under Clearwater Creek, wetland impacts, and mitigation.
