Pond C Improvements, Bloomington

The City of Bloomington selected WSB to design a water quality improvement project to treat runoff from TH 77 and portions of the City of Bloomington through improvements to Pond C, which discharges into Long Meadow Lake. This project proposes to excavate Pond C to increase live-pool storage and replace the existing outlet to improve water quality treatment. The goal of this project is to improve storm water runoff into Long Meadow Lake from Pond C by reducing the amount of total suspended solids (TSS) by 70%.
