TH 13 (Boudin Street to CSAH 42) Area Traffic Study,
Prior Lake and Savage

WSB was retained by the Cities of Savage and Prior Lake to prepare preliminary and final design plans for this capacity and access improvement project. The project involved the widening of TH 13 to a four-lane section south of CSAH 42, the development of dual left turn lanes at CSAH 42 and the consolidation of access into a new intersection. WSB traffic engineering services included preparation of Signal Justification Reports and plans and specifications for one new permanent signal system, two temporary signal systems, and an interconnect system.
