Heritage Village EAW, Princeton

WSB completed the Heritage Village Environmental Assessment Worksheet on behalf of the City of Princeton for a proposed 200-acre residential development. The study area had recently been annexed by the City. The site had been historically in agricultural production. The area contained shallow groundwater and a large DNR wetland complex. The EAW included development of a natural resource assessment, storm water model analysis of impact on groundwater, and transportation study to evaluate the development’s impact and identify mitigation measures. From the potential impacts, the City developed a wetland buffer requirement for the site to protect the natural resources on the site.
