Lake Wobegon Trail – Phase IIIA, Stearns County

The Lake Wobegon Trail System extends across the northern portions of Stearns County. Phase IIIA of this system extends from Avon on the west through St. Joseph on the east. This is an approximately nine-mile segment of the total 54-mile system.

WSB performed the construction observation for this project during the 2003 construction season. This project was delivered in a timely fashion with only minor changes to the contract quantities and payments. All of the design issues that impacted adjoining landowners were resolved.
