WSB welcomes Sean Delmore, PE, Senior Project Manager – Transportation to our Minneapolis office.

Sean is an experienced project manager in transportation engineering including roadway, bridge, signals, lighting, signing, pavement marking, ITS, construction, and maintenance. His recent experience as the traffic engineer for three major metro area design-build projects has also given him extensive design-build experience. Other experience includes signal optimization, construction and maintenance operations, product development, ITS project development, bridge hydraulics, and GIS data configuration.
