WSB & Associates, Inc. Experts Present at International Roundabout Conference

Jupe Hale, PE and Andy Plowman, PE presented a poster at the TRB sponsored 3rd International Roundabout Conference in Carmel, Indiana. Jupe and Andy presented Constructing Roundabouts: From the Inside-Out which highlights innovative techniques implemented on Richfield’s 66th St. and Portland Ave. roundabout, including the use of a temporary outer roundabout to maintain traffic during construction.
