Right-of-Way Group Expands

WSB & Associates, Inc. welcomes Kirk Corson, AICP - Senior Appraiser – ROW Acquisition/Relocation Specialist to our Minneapolis office.

Kirk is a certified general real estate appraiser, real estate broker, and planner (AICP) with a diverse background in real estate development. He has extensive experience in right-of-way appraisal, acquisition, condemnation, and relocation.

Kirk gained his planning and right-of-way experience from his time spent as city planner, planning commissioner, charter commissioner, economic development board member, condemnation commissioner, development director, and as a member of numerous advisory boards at city, county, and state levels in Minnesota
and Wisconsin.
