Matching Gifts Program

At WSB, we feel strongly about our involvement in the community. We seek ways in which we can participate or contribute to those who are in need. Recently, WSB formed a Matching Gifts Program. We wanted to expand our corporate (and staff) giving beyond our annual charity events. To achieve this goal, we decided to support the charities that our staff members personally support

We developed a list of approximately fifty local charities whose main purpose is helping people in the greater Twin Cities area. We then surveyed our staff and the top 16 charities were selected to be included in our Matching Gifts Program. Each year the charity list will be re-evaluated and expanded. Below is a list of our current charities.

WSB matches a donation to the selected 16 charities, up to $100 annually. We strongly encourage our staff members to participate in community in any way (e.g. donating time, monetary contributions, etc.).
