WSB is Honored to Join the I-35W Bridge Team
Because of WSB's local expertise, familiarity with the design-build process, and knowledge of Mn/DOT's contract administration requirements, inspection, and testing standards, WSB was asked to be a part of the reconstruction of the
I-35W St. Anthony Falls Bridge. Currently, 25 certified WSB staff members are assigned to the project and working on-site. The expertise WSB provides consists of senior bridge inspectors, precast/prestressed concrete institute level

This project does not stop; crews are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shifts can range from 12-18 hours and will continue through the summer. It's one thing to put in an 18-hour day in the summer, but it's entirely different to work in -10 degree weather. Even in the grueling conditions, workers have a sense of being part of history and will take a moment to snap a photo of the work they are performing in the rebuilding of the bridge.
