WSB Announces New PEs!

WSB recently announced three of the firm’s staff members, Joe Koscielak, Jake Newhall, and Rich Hibbard, are Minnesota Registered Professional Engineers. All are staffed in WSB’s Minneapolis Office.

During his four years working in WSB’s Municipal Group, Joe has been involved in various projects including residential and municipal site inspections, material testing, and construction observation. He managed the on-site laboratory for all concrete testing and grading and base testing for the St. Anthony Falls/I-35W Bridge Project.

Jake has been a member of WSB’s Water Resources Group for five years and specializes in storm water modeling and many other types of water resource projects for several different municipalities.

Rich has been with WSB since he graduated in 2007 and has been involved in a variety of projects gaining experience in several aspects of water resource engineering including erosion control, volume reduction and water quality BMP design, and project management.
