Doug Weiszhaar, Vice President of Special Projects, was honored with the Center for Transportation Studies - Ray L. Lappegaard Distinguished Service Award. Former recipient Mike Sheehan, Olmsted County Engineer, presented the award to Weiszhaar at CTS’s Annual Meeting.

Weiszhaar previously served as Deputy Commissioner/Chief Engineer of Mn/DOT and as County Engineering in Stearns and Chisago Counties. “It’s a great honor to be recognized by peers and former recipients.”
