SEASONAL/FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION OBSERVER - Construction Services Group
Minneapolis Office

Design your career with WSB & Associates, Inc! We have an opening at our Minneapolis office for a seasonal and potentially full-time Construction Observer in our Construction Services Group.

Roles and responsibilities will include performing field observation, preparing pay estimates, verifying compliance with the plans and specifications, and project documentation for municipal, county and state projects. Documentation will include, weekly concrete reports, quantity calculations and backup documentation, letters, memos and spreadsheets. You may also help with proposals, project budgets and schedules and may be involved in design-build, pavement management, or material testing opportunities.

It is desired that the successful candidate have current Mn/DOT certifications, excellent technical, communication, organizational skills and a valid driver’s license are required. Experience with material testing, CADD drafting, Mn/DOT FieldOps or TRACS, and a 2 year technical degree from an accredited school are a plus.
