Part Time Accounting Assistant
Design your career with WSB & Associates, Inc! We have an opening at our Minneapolis office for a part time Accounting Assistant. If you enjoy communicating with technically-minded staff, our growing consultant engineering firm needs you. You will help with accounts payable which includes data entry, check processing, W-9 tracking, and filing. You will also back-up accounting staff as needed with client invoicing, deposits, and miscellaneous accounting duties. We are flexible on your work schedule and you should anticipate working 16 – 24 hours per week.
The preferred candidate for this entry level position will be a management accounting student with at least one year remaining in their pursuit of a two-year or four-year accounting degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required. Excellent technical, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills are required.
Design Engineer – Structural Group, Minneapolis Office
WSB & Associates, Inc. has an opening at our Minneapolis office for a Design Engineer in our Structural Group. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited engineering school and a minimum of four years' work experience in bridge and related structural design. Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota is preferred but not required. Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Project Manager/Client Representative, St. Cloud Office
WSB & Associates, Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager/Client Representative in our St. Cloud office. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited engineering school, a Minnesota PE license, and 10+ yrs engineering experience including managing transportation and/or municipal projects. Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills required.
