Founded in 1995, WSB has grown to 150 staff members, driven by a passion to meet challenges with new and innovative approaches. As our clients’ needs have changed and expanded, WSB has extended itself to meet those new requirements. We are committed to offering our clients the technical excellence needed to face the challenges presented by today’s infrastructure and environment. Through selective hiring and ongoing training, we continually develop our staff’s capabilities, both in technical skills and in softer skills such as careful listening, flexibility, and leadership.

Giving Back to the Community

At WSB, we’re committed to creating lasting change through charitable giving and support of our industry. Our staff takes part in various charity events and holds numerous in-house fundraising events throughout the year, such as packaging meals through Feed My Starving Children and holding office events/raffles which contribute towards our Matching Gifts Program.

We also give back to the community by providing volunteers and chair people at chambers of commerce, professional organization, and community-based organizations. Within WSB, we also created the Green Committee to develop and implement ideas which will lead WSB to be more environmentally responsible both with our internal operations and with our projects.
